Updated Show Rules & Regulations

1. Exhibiting in the Spring Show is open to all members of Art Focus. Attendance at 4 business meetings and 4 regular meetings per year is required for members who want to exhibit in the Fall Show.

2. Each artist may submit a number of works to fit on two panels, each 44 inches tall and 39 inches wide. Available easels will be used for very large works in addition to the allotted panels.

3. In addition, artists may enter up to six (6) framed miniatures.

• a. The classic miniature display will feature traditionally framed
• works in oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, pastels, ink, graphite
• or mixed media.
• b. Image maximum size is 3" X 4" or 7 united inches (12 sq. inches).
• c. Frame maximum size is 10" x 10" or 20 united inches (100 sq, inches).
• d. Note that sizes may be smaller than given above.

4. Each artist may submit up to 6 unframed pieces and replace those which are sold during the show at no charge.

5. Artists may display greeting cards in the card rack only. Each card must be numbered for inventory.

6. Hanging fee is:

• $3.00 per framed piece, maximum of $15.00
• $1.00 per unframed piece
• $1.00 per framed miniature

7. Works do not have to be for sale to be hung. If you do not want to sell, mark NFS on the registration form in the price column.

8. Art Focus retains 15% commission on all sales, including cards.

9. The registration form must be marked from 1 up in order of importance for hanging in show; this ensures that your best paintings are hung in case we don’t have enough room on the two panels.

10. The label you attach to the back of your painting must include the exact same information as the registration form.

11. On the registration form show the size of your painting, framed, giving the vertical and horizontal measurements and draw a circle around V or H to show how it is hung.
